Pastry chef & bakery owner João is bringing the sweetest side of Portugal to your kitchen! It's a little complicated to visit beautiful Lisbon right now, but you can still enjoy their traditional Pastel de Nata at home. From the kitchen at his family bakery, João will share easy-to-follow steps and pro tricks to make your puff pastry using staple ingredients that you're sure to have in your pantry already. You are welcome to ask all your questions as you watch and learn. Bake later at your own pace—there will even be post-class email support to clear any lingering doubts. Bring your husband, wife, kids or pets along!
