Description
Want to master the centuries-old craft of fresh pasta making? Taught by Roberta d’Elia, a real Italian sfoglina (pasta chef), these fresh pasta workshops will teach you the secret weapon of the Italian home cook: pasta made by hand. From ravioli to agnolotti, gnocchi to malloreddus, Roberta is skilled in teaching all kinds of traditional pasta shapes and regional specialities. Workshops can be adapted based on skill level, catering for everyone from total beginners to advanced pasta aficionados!

Your ticket includes:
- 1 hour live masterclass with a private pasta chef helping you via Zoom
- Learn how to make two shapes from scratch, or learn how to make one shape & one sauce from scratch
- Find out how to adapt the principles of Italian cooking—simplicity, provenance and craft—to your diet
- Pick up tips and tricks for authentic pasta making that the sfoglina learnt from her nonna

- 21st November at 2pm: Taste of Emilia-Romagna (tortellini emiliani, tagliatelle pasta)
- 22nd November at 2pm: Taste of Lazio with Livia (cacio e pepe)
- 28th November at 2pm: Taste of Trentino - Alto Adige (Schlutzkrapfen)
- 29th November at 12pm: Bologna in One Bite with Livia (Balanzoni - Green Tortelloni filled with Ricotta, Spinach and Mortadella with Sage Butter Sauce)
- 12th December at 4pm: Festive Special "Lasagna Bianca" (pasta fresca, besciamella)
- 19th December at 4pm: Festive Special "Cannelloni Classici" (pasta fresca, pasta ripiena)
