Materials to Have Ready

• Poster paint
• Brushes or sponges
• Paper - a big roll of sheet paper or A2/A3 would be ideal
• Covering to protect the floor or wall from paint
• Body lotion for some post-paint pampering!

Description
Unleash your creativity and connect with your body during this unique and amazing experience! By painting beautiful designs onto your own body and then using yourself as a brush, transferring colour onto a sheet of paper with your body, you'll create a piece of art whilst being one yourself. The session will begin with an opening circle and meditation, followed by breathing techniques to enter a state of deeper presence. This will prepare you to have fun before you get into the full exercise of naked body painting with Radha Magic founder, Sarah Macias. From this experience you will improve the relationship with your body through body-positivity, nourish your soul with self-love, improve your self-esteem, and activate the playful nature of your inner child. Have fun, get out of your comfort zone and feel wild and free!
