Une autre façon d'écouter et savourer les instruments sans se focaliser sur les thèmes dominants et plus aigus, tout en vibrant quand même, on ne peut s'en empêcher ! à la virtuosité du premier violon La magie du concept bougie nous y aide De plus, ce soir, il y avait le charme, l'humour, la pédagogie, pas trop longue, juste ce qu'il faut pour savourer les petites gouttes d'eau, les glaçons, les orages... La poesie de la "musique à programme" Merci à ce charmant et talentueux quatuor Un seul regret : j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait cinq saisons 😅

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play) — log in with the same email you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your original session's start time. Contact us here to change your ticket.

Can I get a refund?

No refund will be given unless a flexible, cancellable ticket was purchased (see next question).

What is a flexible, cancellable ticket, and how does it work?

(Available for selected events only.) It lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts (not refundable if transferred to another user). No documentation is needed. With a refund, you get the full price back minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option; with an exchange, you get a coupon of the same value, usable only for the experience you originally booked.

How long does the concert last?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers won't be admitted.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?

At the Hôtel Carlton, 3 Rue Pierre Mauroy, 59000 Lille. By metro: lines 1 and 2, Lille Flandres stop, or line 1, Rihour stop. Public transport or other sustainable options are recommended.

Is there parking nearby?

Yes, the Indigo Lille Grand Place car park is nearby, though public transport is still the preferred option.

Will drinks be available?

The Carlton The View bar will be open throughout the event, but drinks aren't allowed inside the concert hall.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals aren't allowed, except service animals.
