Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come basis within the zone of the ticket you purchased.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. Contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more information, refer to our T&Cs.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is possible once it has started.
What ticket types are available?
The ticket page specifies the different zones available for purchase: Zone A has the best view, while Zone D may have only a partial view. At the Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto, seating is available in all zones on both the main floor and the balcony. We recommend arriving early to get the best choice of seating.
Does the concert take place indoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink available?
There will be no food or drinks available for purchase at the venue. Only bottled water is permitted to be consumed inside the performance space.
Is parking available?
MCC Toronto does not have on-site parking. Street parking on Simpson Ave and the surrounding streets is by permit only and strictly enforced — we recommend allowing extra time to find parking if arriving by car. The most convenient parking lot is at 653 Gerrard Street East.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
The experience is recommended for guests 8 years old and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. To preserve the experience, disruptive behaviour may result in being asked to step outside.
Is there a free ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
The main audience entrance has 12 stairs. There is an alternative entrance on Simpson Ave with a ramp and no stairs — let a staff member know at the main entrance if you need to use it, or ring the bell there. Inside the performance space there are no stairs except to reach the balcony, and accessible seating is available in all zones. Washrooms can be accessed without stairs.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
How do I get to the venue?
Metropolitan Community Church of Toronto is located at 115 Simpson Ave, Toronto, one street north of Gerrard, between Broadview and Carlaw. The audience entrance is on Howland Ave, just south of Simpson Ave.
