Learn the basics on how to taste a wine in less than two hours! This easy format has been created for everyone to follow and get a glimpse into this fascinating world. Did you ever try to see what happens when you add a tea bag into a red wine? You are going to taste one wine in several ways, learn how to create a tasting note, and how to evaluate the quality of a wine. The class will be led, not with boring theories but with some direct experiences, to understand what is the body, acidity and tannins in a wine. You’ll learn about how a wine taste changes after we eat some food (for example how a red wine changes after eating something sweet). A fun and an experienced teacher will help you start your trip in this wonderful world!
