- Salad: Japanese Furikake seasoned panko crusted pan seared salmon cake topped with tropical pineapple fruit salsa served mixed greens dressed with papaya seed dressing
- Entree: North Shore Oahu style garlic shrimp served with banana leaf steamed coconut rice & sesame stir fry vegetables
