The Wave is a guided community dance experience, held in nature, that uses a combination of music, dance therapy, and silent disco technology to promote belonging, mental well being, and social responsibility. As eclectic tunes are spun by DJs, youβll be guided by a facilitator into a dance on the beach, which gives space for full self expression while allowing everyone to feel seen and belong to a part of a collective. Dance to raise awareness, heal, and let loose!
