Come enjoy a day of learning, experimentation, and shifting! Yoga is more than asana (poses)... it is a lifestyle that is available to all! Regardless of your age, size, gender, nationality, religion, or gender identification, you can benefit from the practice of yoga. Learn about healthy lifestyle topics from professionals in the health and fitness industry and experiment with different healing modalities such as acupuncture, Reiki, and holistic massage. They’ll also be tons of conscious vendors to support or reinforce your healing journey! The epic day will conclude with a community meditation and a raffle.
