What ticket types are there?
There are four zones in the hall, A, B, C and D, based on the quality of view of the stage. Staff seat the audience at the entrance in order of arrival, within the zone of the ticket you purchased.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you're arriving together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early enough, and staff will do their best to seat you together.
Is there an age restriction?
All participants must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to take your seat in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience should already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please set your phone to silent mode throughout the performance. Taking photos and videos is only allowed during the last piece, as instructed by the musicians, and always without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
No. You cannot leave your seat during the performance, except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
No. Tickets are not sold on site. You can purchase them through the Fever app or website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
No, tickets for this event cannot be transferred.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, contact support through the contact form and include your ticket number. If the option is available, you can also find the "Change date and/or time" button in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app and follow the steps. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Anyone who needs assistance can request one free ticket for a personal assistant or companion. Contact support with a document proving the need for a companion ticket, and you'll receive a voucher to get the companion ticket for free in the Fever app, subject to availability. At the entrance, you must present your regular ticket along with the companion ticket.
Where will I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects the event and requires a change of location or postponement, you'll be notified by email in advance.
