Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability — contact us with your ticket ID, or check whether the "Change date and/or time" option is available directly on your ticket in the Fever app. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. If you purchased the Flexible cancellation add-on, refer to its own FAQs for how to request a refund.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No — for this event, tickets cannot be transferred to another person.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and late entry is not permitted.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and drinks be available?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages available for purchase at this event.
Is parking available?
Yes, paid parking is available, including on Yaakov Shaskin Street. The venue is also accessible by car and public transport.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
What are the rules during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.

What ticket types are available?
The theater is divided into Sections A, B, C and D based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by staff, on a first come, first served basis according to your ticket type.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Yes — guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal carer. Contact us with proof of your needs; once received, you'll get a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Show both tickets together at entry.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
