Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play), after logging in the same way you did when purchasing. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, to anyone and free of charge. Tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact Fever support quoting your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date up to 24 hours before. Contact Fever quoting your ticket number, which you'll find in the confirmation email or in the app. You can also check whether the “Change date and/or time” button is available in the “Tickets” section. Refunds are not given under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not given under any circumstances. If available for the event, you can purchase Flexible Cancellation, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel a ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it from Fever up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No refund is given if the ticket has been transferred to another user.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
A photo experience only for those who purchase it: a personalised photoshoot in a specially set up area and a Polaroid-style print as a keepsake.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo photos at the event venue?
Yes, as long as stocks last. Those who buy the photo online together with concert tickets have priority over those buying it on site. On site, purchase is only possible by credit card; cash is not accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience finishes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Make sure you're at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start.
When will I receive my photo?
You choose your preferred photo before it's printed. Staff print it during the concert and you collect it on your way out. Be sure to collect it before you leave, as photos aren't kept for later. If you leave without collecting it, neither a refund nor a date change is possible.
Where should I go to have my photo taken?
As soon as you enter the photo area, staff will explain everything to you. If you have any questions, you can ask any member of staff.
What is the “Candles 3-Pack”?
A pack of 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of real candles.
What is the policy for 3-candle packs purchased online?
All 3-candle packs purchased online are collected at the designated point at the venue during the event. Because the pack is linked to the specific Candlelight date and location, extra candles purchased online and collected at the venue are non-refundable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into zones according to visibility. Seats are allocated at the entrance by staff, on a priority basis and according to the zone you chose.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if your whole group arrives together with tickets for the same zone. Come early: staff will do their best to seat your group together.
Is there an age limit for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old and above. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets sold at the door?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: you can only buy them through the Fever app or website.
When should I arrive at the venue?
Make sure you arrive at least 30 minutes early to take your seat in the zone you purchased. Doors close 5 minutes before the start. Out of respect for the artists and other guests, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I get a ticket for my companion or carer?
Anyone who needs assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their personal assistant or carer. Contact Fever with a document proving the need for a companion. Once approved, you'll receive a voucher to redeem the free carer ticket on the Fever app, subject to availability. At the entrance you'll need to show both your regular ticket and your carer ticket.
Will food and drink be sold at the venue?
No, food and drink will not be sold at this event.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you're not allowed to leave your seat, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of the audience, all candles are non-flammable.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts take place in historic venues, where controlling the temperature can be difficult. Staff do everything they can to keep the venues comfortable, but the temperature changes depending on the season. Dress accordingly so you can fully enjoy the experience.
What will happen if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects the experience in any way (venue change or postponement), you'll be notified in advance by email.
Are animals allowed? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this venue. Assistance animals are allowed.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place in a wheelchair-accessible venue.
Is there parking available?
No, the venue doesn't have parking, so travelling by car isn't recommended.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
