Celebrate Valentine's Day with a Candlelight concert at Teatro Manauara, in Manaus. A string quartet performs live love songs from pop music and great movie themes, in a room lit only by candles.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Teatro Manauara is located inside Manauara Shopping, on Av. Mário Ypiranga, 1300, Adrianópolis, Manaus.
Is there food and drink available at the venue?
Yes, there is a bar inside the theater that serves popcorn and drinks, subject to opening hours. Since the theater is located inside Manauara Shopping, you can also go to the mall's food court.
Can I bring pets?
Pets are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes. The venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility, and wheelchair seating is located in the VIP zone.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is paid parking at Manauara Shopping, subject to availability.
What are the ticket types?
There are full-price and half-price tickets for each zone of the theater, as well as the Entrada Social ticket. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue: all tickets must be purchased through the app or the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever tickets on the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance throughout the experience can request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant or companion. After purchasing your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before making the request), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All attendees must be 8 years old or older. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy a half-price ticket?
Students, seniors, people with special needs (PNE) and their companion, low-income youth, teachers from state public schools and municipal school systems (early childhood, elementary and high school education), and healthcare professionals. Everyone must present a document proving this condition; otherwise, they won't be able to use the half-price ticket and will have to pay the full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do this, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds aren't allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken at appropriate moments, with screen brightness reduced and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?

Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can't leave your seat during the performance, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to choose a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience should already be seated. Entry isn't allowed after the show has started.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from happening?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), you'll be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all candles are LED.
What is the Entrada Social ticket?
Anyone can buy it, no proof required. The ticket already includes a R$5 donation to NGOs and nonprofit organizations.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
