Candlelight concerts bring live music to the Theatro José de Alencar, in Fortaleza, in a candlelit setting. In this special Valentine's Day edition, a string quartet performs classic love songs: pop hits, tango, chanson and great movie themes, in 60 minutes to enjoy as a couple or in good company.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

The Theatro José de Alencar is a historic theater in the center of Fortaleza, CE. With eclectic architecture and art nouveau style, it has a performance hall for 800 people, an auditorium, a library, an art gallery, and a beautiful garden designed by Burle Marx. Listed by IPHAN, it is one of the most beautiful Monumental Theaters in Brazil.

What are the different ticket types?
"Full Price", "Half-Price" and "Social Entry" for the Theater's zones. Each zone has a different price, depending on proximity to the stage.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. After purchasing your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Who can buy "Half-Price" tickets?
Students; senior citizens; people with special needs (PNE) and their companion; low-income youth; teachers from state public schools and municipal school systems (preschool, elementary and high school levels). All of the people mentioned above must present a document proving such status. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
Who can buy "Social Entry" tickets?
The "Social Entry" ticket is a ticket category that can be purchased by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms.
Can I enter after the start time?
Entry will not be allowed after the scheduled start time of the show. Arrive early and secure the best seat in your chosen zone.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
