What are the different ticket types?
Zone A has premium visibility, Zone B has great visibility, Zone C has good visibility, and the Balcony has great visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. Buy them through the app or website before arriving.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. You must already have a valid ticket. Contact Fever Support to apply.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can request a date or time change up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Contact Fever Support with your ticket ID.
What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. A transferred ticket is no longer refundable.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
Credit card or PayPal refunds take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. For voucher purchases, a new voucher is issued in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
A voucher for the same value is issued immediately and can be used for the same experience.

Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not available unless a Flexible Cancellation ticket has been purchased.

Photos and videos are allowed only during the final piece, when indicated by the musicians, and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are allowed only during the final piece, when indicated by the musicians, and without flash.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and audience, you may not leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat in your zone. The concert starts on time and everyone must be seated beforehand. Late arrivals are not allowed in.
Can I sit together with friends?
You can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. Arrive in good time; the staff will do their best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes. You can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Use “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact Fever Support and include your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
