Candlelight concerts bring the magic of live music to extraordinary settings. In Linköping, Wallenbergsalen at Östergötlands Museum becomes the stage for a tribute to Ed Sheeran and Coldplay, performed live by a string quartet and surrounded by the glow of hundreds of candles.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest who needs assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible on foot, by car and by public transport.
Is there food served?
No, but drinks are available for purchase at the bar before the concert.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has disability access.
Is there parking available?
There is no on-site parking, but paid parking is available nearby.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can get a drink at the bar and be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
