Celebrate the festive season with Candlelight: Christmas Classics, a live concert of Christmas favourites played by a string quartet at Wallenbergsalen (Östergötlands Museum) in Linköping, in a room lit only by candles.

What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold in three zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.

At Wallenbergsalen, Östergötlands Museum, Raoul Wallenbergs plats, Linköping.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached on foot, by car and by public transport.
Is food served?
No, but drinks are available for purchase from the bar before the concert.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
There is no on-site parking, but paid parking is available nearby.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
You can arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a drink at the bar and be assigned a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, every candle is flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
