What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Front Row, Zone A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use it), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. If you need to do this, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at Die Glocke Bremen. (Domsheide 6-8, 28195 Bremen)
How do I get to the venue?
Die Glocke is centrally located in Bremen city centre and can be reached from the main railway station by public transport or by taxi in 5 minutes. Stop: Domsheide, tram lines 4, 6 and 8 (from the station) as well as 2 and 3, and buses on lines 24 and 25.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill out this form if you'll be accompanied by a service animal.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, accessible access is available. There are wheelchair spaces in Zone B and C.
Is there a car park?
The paid BREPARKhaus Am Dom car park (Wilhadistraße 1) is a 4-minute walk from Die Glocke. It's open around the clock.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my mobile phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 35 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you'll be refused entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we'll of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, just contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything out. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of our guests, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
