Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase. Alternatively, check the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app for an 'Exchange date and/or time' button and follow the steps. Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more details, consult our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, to respect the performers and other guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 12 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Are there content warnings?
This experience includes themes and testimony related to death resulting from a vehicle accident, references to injury and fatality, testimony involving grief and loss. The performance contains moments of intense emotional conflict.
What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth — your vote determines the accused's fate.
How long does the experience last?
Approximately 1 hour.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the section you selected.
How do I vote?
To cast your vote, simply use your smartphone to scan the QR code displayed at the venue. This will take you directly to the voting page. Most phone cameras scan QR codes automatically. If yours doesn’t, we recommend downloading Google Lens (Android/iOS) or using a third-party QR scanner from your app store. If you are still having trouble, please ask a member of our on-site staff—they will be happy to assist you!
Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?
Yes, our experiences may explore mature themes which may include crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation. Please be aware that performances often contain moments of intense emotional conflict and confrontation.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (based on availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket with this carer ticket when entering the venue.
Are food and drinks available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverages at this event.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this event’s location, though we do welcome service animals.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, the phone must be in silent mode during the entire performance.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be allowed to leave your seat except in an emergency.
