For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?

Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

It is not allowed to stand up or leave the venue during the performance, except in case of an emergency, out of consideration for the audience and the musicians.

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, keep your phone on silent. You can take photos and videos without flash as a special exception in the last piece, as soon as the musicians indicate.

We divide the space into sections with prices that vary based on how close you are to the stage and visibility. As soon as you enter Church of the Sacred Heart, staff will seat you in the order that attendees arrive within your zone.

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. We suggest coming with a 30-minute buffer so you can get seated without any hassle. Entry ends strictly 5 minutes before starting, and no new entries will be allowed after it begins, to preserve the atmosphere of the event.
