Two giants of classical music share one stage. Mozart's elegance meets Beethoven's power in this Candlelight concert at Miller Hall in Portland, performed live by a string quartet and surrounded by candles.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A offers premium visibility, Zone B great visibility and Zone C good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. You need a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased yours, contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us to get your ticket refunded.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated, so late arrivals will not be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
