What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?

An immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyze testimonies, cross-examinations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote determines the accused's fate.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 75 minutes.

Are seats numbered?

No — seating is first-come, first-served within the zone you select when purchasing your ticket. Premium (best), Zone A (excellent), Zone B (great), Balcony (good).

Is there sensitive content I should be aware of?

Yes, this experience may explore mature themes including crime, violence, grief, substance use, domestic violence, medical injury and/or emotional manipulation.

Will there be strobe lights?

No, there will not be any strobe lights.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Yes, after the final verdict. Please avoid using flash.

About your tickets

How do I find my ticket?

No need to print. Show your Fever ticket in the app or email on arrival. Find your QR code in the Fever app under Tickets. Log in with the same account used to purchase.

Are refunds or exchanges allowed?

No refunds. Exchanges to other dates or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time, based on availability. Contact us directly with your ticket ID.

Where can I buy tickets?

Through the Fever App (Google Play or Apple Store) or the Fever website. Not available at the venue.

Can I transfer my tickets?

Parking near Alberta Abbey is extremely limited — rideshare (Uber/Lyft) or public transit highly recommended (lines 6, 44, and 72 nearby). For late shows, free parking available in the Natural Grocer's lot at MLK and Alberta Street after 8pm.

What facilities are at the venue?

Restrooms on-site, cleaned regularly. Air conditioning. No outside food or beverages. No smoking or vaping. Service animals welcome.

Great experience! Highly recommended for a girls night, couples date night or just a time out on our own. Would have loved to see it 30 minutes longer but only because the engagement was so unique and kept us intrigued.
