What are the different ticket types available?
There are 5 ticket types available: Front Row, Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Zone C (average visibility) and Zone D (limited visibility).

Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion or carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid one before applying), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available, except for the Flexible Refund Ticket. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.

Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play), by logging in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
