This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" within your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which appears in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear; just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions. However, there is an optional add-on called Flexible Cancellation available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with Flexible Cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with Flexible Cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Keep in mind that the ticket will not be refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on visibility level. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together if you arrive at the same time and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
Yes, all attendees must be 8 years or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the box office?
No. Tickets are only available on the Fever app or website.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your designated zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the event begins. Out of respect for the performers and other attendees, latecomers will not be allowed entry.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caregiver?
Yes. Attendees who need support during the experience can request a free pass for their companion or caregiver. Contact us and send us proof justifying the need for a caregiver ticket. Once received, we will provide you with a coupon that you can use to get your free caregiver ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). When entering the event, you must present the regular ticket along with the caregiver ticket.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
You will be able to purchase food and drinks at this event; however, please note that there will be no gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to get up from your seat, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the concert. Photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
We do everything possible to maintain a pleasant environment, but the temperature may vary depending on the time of year. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing to comfortably enjoy the experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect the experience in any way (change of location or rescheduling), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the event venue. However, we do welcome service dogs.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event takes place at a venue accessible to wheelchair users.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
