Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the confirmation email for your purchase.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" within your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, feel free to contact us and include your ticket's order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, which appears in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the change option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear, just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions. However, there is an optional add-on called Flexible Cancellation, available for purchase, that offers an alternative policy.
If I purchase a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with flexible cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Just get in touch with us. Keep in mind that the ticket will not be refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on visibility level. Seats are assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the zone you selected when purchasing your ticket.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
Yes, all attendees must be 8 years or older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the box office?
No. Tickets are only available on the Fever app or website.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can get settled in your area. Doors close 5 minutes before the event begins. Out of respect for the artists and other attendees, latecomers will not be allowed to enter.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caregiver?
Yes. Attendees who need support during the experience can request a free pass for their companion or caregiver. Contact us and send proof justifying the need for a caregiver ticket. Once received, we'll give you a coupon to get your free caregiver ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). When entering the event, you'll need to show your regular ticket along with the caregiver ticket.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase at the venue?
You'll be able to buy food and drinks at this event; however, please note that there won't be gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to get up from your seat, except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
We do everything we can to keep a pleasant environment, but the temperature may vary depending on the time of year. We recommend wearing appropriate clothing so you can comfortably enjoy the experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect the experience in any way (change of location or rescheduling), we'll notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the event venue, but service dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event will take place at a wheelchair-accessible venue.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
