Candlelight: Clásicos Navideños brings the magic of Christmas to the Iglesia de la Universidad Comillas, in Madrid. A string quartet performs live the most beloved carols and Christmas classics, under the soft glow of candles, in a 60-minute concert.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Madrid lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
Safety is our priority, which is why we decorate the space with LED candles. They recreate the warmth of traditional light without fire or heat, ensuring a magical and completely risk-free experience.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
As these concerts take place in unique historic spaces, the temperature regulation varies with the seasons. We suggest coming in comfortable clothes adapted to the year's temperature to enjoy the experience to the fullest and without surprises.
Will there be food and drink service at Comillas Pontifical University Church?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.

Tickets cannot be bought at Comillas Pontifical University Church. You'll only find them available digitally through Fever's official channels (our official website or the mobile app).
How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue is divided into areas whose prices change according to proximity and view of the stage. Upon your arrival at Comillas Pontifical University Church, you'll be shown your seat based on the order of entry and the section of your ticket.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Sure! You can share seats in the same row. The only important thing is that you arrive simultaneously and that your tickets are for the same section. We recommend coming 30 minutes early; our team will do everything possible to seat you together!
Can tickets for Candlelight: Christmas Classics be gifted?
Of course! Gift Candlelight by buying a Gift Card for them to select their preferred show and time. If you already have a fixed-date ticket, share it as a gift by clicking "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Enjoy a bespoke photography experience in Comillas Pontifical University Church's decorated zone by adding this pack to your ticket. You'll get an instant photo printed with the retro charm of a Polaroid to immortalize the experience.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Comillas Pontifical University Church?
Photos can be bought at Comillas Pontifical University Church as long as the quota hasn't been filled. Customers who buy the photo opportunity through the website when purchasing their concert tickets have priority over those who buy at the venue. Purchases at the venue can only be made with a credit/debit card; cash is not accepted.
When will I receive the photo?
You'll have the chance to choose your favorite photo in the moment. Our team will print it throughout the concert and you'll be able to collect it comfortably when you leave, as it's not possible to keep it for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Make sure to pick up your items online at the event location. As it is tied to that specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned or exchanged for money; all sales are final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Christmas Classics in Madrid?
You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app ticket. Contact us if you need additional help, and be sure to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
To enjoy the experience stress-free, we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the music starts. Remember, access is cut off 5 minutes before the beginning, and the doors won't open once the concert starts to keep the atmosphere intact.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we have enough time to take your photo. Your photo will be taken before the event, and the photo session will end 10 minutes before the concert begins.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you pass the entrance control at Comillas Pontifical University Church, our team will show you where the photo area is. Don't hesitate to ask for help if you need it!
Is there parking available at Comillas Pontifical University Church?
Yes, there is parking available for attendees.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
No need to dress up; the vibe is casual and relaxed. The main thing is that you wear a comfortable outfit to fully enjoy the candlelight experience.
Are pets or animals allowed in Comillas Pontifical University Church? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
