This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What ticket types are there?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets aren't available on site. All tickets must be purchased before your visit via the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the whole experience are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. After that, you'll receive a voucher which you can use to get the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At check in, you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, available for selected events, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need for the refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your Flexible Refund Ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The concert takes place at Peterskirche (Schletterstraße 5, 04107 Leipzig).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: to the Bayerischer Bahnhof stop with the S-Bahn (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S5X), tram 2, 9 and 16 or bus 60; to the Härtelstraße stop with tram 2, 9 and 16; to the Hohe Straße stop with tram 10 and 11.
Is there food and drink available?
No, no food or drink is available on site.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the church. Please use the public parking options on the surrounding streets.
Can I take photos or film during the performance?
At the request of our musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, and always without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your zone. The concert will start on time, and everyone must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience (for example, through a change of venue or a postponement), we will notify you in good time by email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (on the Apple App Store or Google Play), logged in with the same method you used to purchase it. You can also find your QR code in your confirmation email. There's no need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes with no interval.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
