What are the different ticket types?
The ticket types for this concert are Premium, Zone A (great visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (average visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Contact us to get a ticket for your companion.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Arriving early helps, and staff will try to seat you together.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability: contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. See the terms and conditions for details.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any Fever account at no extra cost by selecting “Transfer Tickets” in the app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.

No, you must stay in your seat for the whole performance, except in an emergency.

If the weather affects your experience, through a change of location or a postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
What is Candlelight Photo?
Candlelight Photo is a package that includes a photo taken in a designated area and printed as a Polaroid-style picture. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Purchases made on the website take priority over those made at the venue. At the venue, payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert. The photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early.
When do I get my picture?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect yours at the exit. Take it with you before you leave, as pictures cannot be stored.
What if I leave without taking my picture?
No refund or rescheduling is available.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside, venue staff will explain how the photo experience works, and announcements will also be made. Ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I prove I bought Candlelight Photo?
You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation. The photographer at the venue validates it before your picture is taken.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
