What is “Candlelight Photo”?
It is a photo experience for those who purchase it: a personalized photo session in a designated area, with a single instant Polaroid-style print to keep as a souvenir.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy it online with their concert tickets have priority over those who buy it on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Photos are taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your favorite shot before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit before you leave. Photos cannot be stored for later, so if you leave without collecting yours, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Once you are inside, venue staff will explain how the photo experience works and answer any questions.

What is the policy for Candles 3-Packs purchased online?
Candles 3-Packs bought online must be collected at a designated spot at the venue on the day of the event, and are tied to that event's date and location. Candle add-ons picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The room is divided into zones according to the view of the stage. Staff will help you find your seat at the entrance: seats are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and staff will do their best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes. Guests must be 8 years old or older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets available for purchase at the entrance?
No, tickets are not sold on site. They can only be bought in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late entry is not permitted.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
