What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (premium visibility) and Zone B (great visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed, except for Flexible Refund Tickets. For more information, see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

The hotel is on Main Street, one block from The Peace Center, in the heart of Downtown Greenville.

For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is food served?
Food and drink are available for purchase elsewhere at The Westin Poinsett.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed in.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
