Photos can be purchased at the venue unless they have sold out. Guests who buy the photo package online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.

Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so we have time to take your photo.

You can choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print the pictures during the concert, and you can collect them at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed pictures before leaving, as we cannot keep them for you. If you leave without your pictures, we cannot offer a refund or reschedule the photo.

Venue staff will explain the photo experience once you are inside the venue, and announcements will remind attendees about it. Feel free to ask any of our staff if you have questions.

You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Have it validated by the photographer at the venue to have your picture taken.
