A tribute to the songs of Charles Aznavour, rearranged for string quartet and performed live in the glow of hundreds of candles, in the auditorium of the Musée de la civilisation, in Québec City. An intimate Candlelight concert to relive the emotion of one of the biggest names in French song.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different types of tickets?
Tickets are offered in four zones: zone A, zone B, zone C and zone D.
Can I buy tickets on-site?
No. Tickets are not sold on-site: buy them in advance on the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caregiver. Fill out the form indicated in the venue's full FAQ (under Links of interest) and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?
This concert is reserved for people aged 8 and up, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. Log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert can also be found in your confirmation email.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, as long as you all arrive together with tickets in the same category. Be sure to arrive early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group side by side.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account, at no extra cost. Just click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
No. For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert starts. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted. The terms and conditions apply.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place in the auditorium of the Musée de la civilisation, at 85 Rue Dalhousie, Québec, QC G1K 8R2.
How do I get there?
Enter the museum through the main entrance: the auditorium is to the left of the entrance.
Will there be drinks available?
No. Food and drinks are not allowed. This is not a dinner show, and nothing will be sold on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, in zone C only: tickets for people with reduced mobility are purchased in this zone, which is wheelchair accessible. However, a small staircase leads to the washrooms.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash. The artists will remind you of this during the show.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece, without flash.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
No. Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start to receive your seat. The concert begins on time, and the audience must be seated before it starts: latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
