What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A, Zone B, Mobilità ridotta (Zona B) and Zone C. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. If you need a ticket for your companion, contact us. We will provide you with a voucher code that you can use to purchase the free ticket for your companion/carer (subject to availability). Please note that both your ticket and your companion's ticket must be shown on the day of the event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 8 and over. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving in good time and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe lighting effects.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us, quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For further information, you can consult our T&C.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is a 5-minute walk from the Duomo di Milano.
Are food and drinks available to buy on site?
Before the show, you will be able to buy drinks to enjoy during the performance. Food will not be available and cannot be brought into the hall.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Will there be toilets on site?
Yes, the venue has toilets; you can ask our staff on site for directions.
Is there parking on site?
Unfortunately, there will be no parking on site. For this experience, we recommend using public transport or sustainable alternatives.
Is a cloakroom service available?
Unfortunately, this venue does not have a cloakroom service.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?

Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start of the concert so that you can be assigned a seat in the area you have purchased. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted to the show.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's easy: click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, do not hesitate to contact us, quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You do not need to print your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
