The octagonal church was built in the seventeenth century and is notable for its simple brick facade and unique shape. Inside, there is a calm atmosphere, with an organ and space for music, celebrations, and gatherings.

Where do I find my ticket?
In the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app, which you download from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Log in using the same method you used to make your purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, for free. In the Fever app, tap 'Transfer tickets' next to your ticket. If you need extra help, get in touch with Fever customer service and include your order number.
Can I change the date or time?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance. Contact Fever via the support page for flexible cancellation and include the ticket ID of your purchase, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the app. If the option is available, you'll see the 'Change date and/or time' button on the Tickets tab. Refunds are never possible when changing the date or time. See the Terms and Conditions for more information.
Can I get my money back?
No, refunds are not possible under any circumstances. If you'd like more flexibility, choose the Flexible cancellation option, which has its own policy.
Can I get a refund on a flexible ticket?
You can cancel a flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts via the flexible cancellation page or by contacting Fever. A ticket that has been transferred to another user can no longer be refunded.
How do the zones work?
The venue is divided into zones based on the view of the stage. On arrival, staff will assign you a seat within the zone you've chosen, in order of arrival.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Come a bit earlier so staff can seat you next to each other.
What is the minimum age?
8 years old. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are only available via the Fever app or the Fever website.
What time should I arrive?
Arrive 45 minutes before the start, so you can take your seat in your zone without rushing. Doors close 5 minutes before the concert begins. Out of respect for the artists and other visitors, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I request a ticket for a carer?
Visitors who need support during the event can request one free ticket for a personal assistant or carer. Get in touch with Fever via the support form and attach proof of that need. You'll then receive a voucher to claim a free carer's ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. Show both your regular ticket and your carer's ticket at the entrance.
Can I buy drinks on site?
Yes, a bar is open while guests arrive.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
We ask visitors to remain in their seats, except in emergencies.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Put your phone on silent for the entire performance. You may only take photos or videos during the final song, without flash and only with the musicians' permission.
How warm or cold is it during the concert?
The concerts take place in historic venues where the temperature can only be controlled to a limited extent, so it may vary slightly depending on the season. We recommend dressing accordingly.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If the weather affects the event, for example due to a change of venue or a postponement, you'll receive a message by email beforehand.
Are animals allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Assistance dogs are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users.
Is parking available?
There is no visitor parking at the Nieuwe Kerk. We recommend using a nearby car park.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
