What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are available in three zones: Zone A (Premium Visibility), Zone B (Great Visibility) and Zone C (Good Visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available at the venue. Please buy them in the Fever app or on the website before you arrive.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

You can request one free pass for your caretaker. You must have a valid ticket before applying; contact Fever for details.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The minimum age is 8. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

Find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app using the same account you used to buy it, or open the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date or time changes are subject to availability and can be requested up to 48 hours before the event starts. Contact Fever with your ticket ID. Refunds are not available.

Beverages and light snacks are available. The bar serves wine, beer, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic drinks.

Parking is limited, so rideshares are encouraged. Valet parking costs $27 per day.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
