Die ehemalige Fabrikhalle ist die Spielstätte der KÄS. Sie bietet auf 160 Quadratmetern Platz für den Theatersaal mit Bühne sowie ein großzügiges Foyer. Die Historie des denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes ist sichtbar und spürbar. Sie macht einen großen Teil der besonderen Atmosphäre aus. Große, bunte Deckenleuchter sorgen für einen dekorativen Kontrast.

How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 70 minutes.
Can I purchase drinks on-site?
Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar before the show. Food is not available. Participants must be 18+ years of age. Alcohol consumption is voluntary. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for an additional fee, not included in the ticket price.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will not be any strobe lights.
What language is the show in?
The show is presented in German.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is free within your ticket zone (A, B or C), so arrive early to get the best seats.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything; you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are based on availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when making your booking. For private or large group sessions, please contact us.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR Code ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Is there parking available?
The venue is just a one-minute walk from the Mousonturm underground car park (Parkhaus Tiefgarage Mousonturm), but we recommend travelling by public transport.
Are service animals allowed at the venue?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If a service animal will accompany you, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject “Service animal”.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the venue.
What do I do if I accidentally leave any of my belongings behind at the venue?
If you leave behind any of your belongings at the event you should phone the venue or drop by to see if your item has been found.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are not allowed to record or take photos of the experience. If this rule is not followed, or if any photos or videos taken are not deleted when requested, guests may be asked to leave.
What types of tickets are there?
All tickets are general admission, with free seating within your chosen ticket zone (Zone A, B or C). Arrive early to secure the best seats.
