Do I need to print out my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows you to change the date up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). You can also check whether this option is available by looking at your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps in the link to change the date and/or time of your ticket. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Simply tap the "Transfer tickets" button on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can see your ticket from the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when purchasing your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so that we can assign you a seat in the category you have booked. The show will start on time. The audience must be seated before the show begins. If you are late, we cannot guarantee you access to the room, in order to respect the artists' performance and ensure a good experience for the other audience members.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Please choose a PMR seat if you use a wheelchair.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Minimum age: 12 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Unfortunately, photos are not allowed, not even with your phone.

There is no set dress code for this experience. Casual clothing will do.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Although the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching them and enjoying it!
What are the different ticket types?
Category A - Excellent visibility; Category B - Good visibility; Category C - Limited visibility; PMR - wheelchair.
Where can I buy tickets?
From the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets on site?
There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased from the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I make a group booking?
You can book for a group up to the number of tickets that our app / website allows you to buy (subject to availability). It is not possible to make a special group booking for this event.
Do you offer press passes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer press passes for this event.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed on the event premises. However, guide dogs are welcome.
Will there be strobe lights?
