FAQs Frequently asked questions

What are the different ticket types?
The theater is divided into sections A, B and C (and sometimes D), based on the quality of the view. Staff assign seats at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis, according to your ticket type.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. Arrive early and the staff will do their best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For everyone's safety, all the candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so you can be seated in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and late arrivals will not be admitted.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, and only when the musicians indicate.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No. You must stay in your seat during the performance unless there is an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app or the Fever website (feverup.com).
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone, free of charge: tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, contact Fever support with your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Look for the "Change date and/or time" button in the Tickets section of the Fever app; if it doesn't appear, contact support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances (terms at feverup.com/legal). If you bought the Flexible Cancellation add-on, see the questions below.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it has been transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher immediately for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.
How do I request my refund?

Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free ticket for a personal assistant or support worker. Contact support and they will send you a voucher to redeem the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the Tickets section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Sign in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If the weather affects the experience, for example with a change of location or a postponement, you will be notified by email in advance.
Where does the experience take place?
At the African American Performing Arts Center, 310 San Pedro Dr. NE, EXPO New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
How do I get to the venue?
The center is just off San Pedro Drive NE and Central Avenue, within the EXPO New Mexico fairgrounds. ABQ RIDE Route 66 (Central Avenue) serves EXPO New Mexico.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase?
No. No food or drinks will be sold at this event.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The event takes place in an accessible, ADA-compliant venue.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking costs $10.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
