Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
This experience allows date and/or time changes up to 48 hours in advance. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change, or check the "Tickets" section of the Fever App for the "Change date and/or time" button if available. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances, unless you purchased the Flexible Cancellation add-on.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The venue is indoor, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be $10 parking available.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us and we'll provide a voucher for your free carer ticket, based on availability.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles used will be flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and latecomers will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), rest assured we will notify you by email in advance.
