What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seating is first come, first served within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for a caregiver. You must already have a valid ticket; then contact Fever for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time, subject to availability. Contact Fever with your ticket ID to request a change. Tickets are non-refundable unless you purchased Flexible Cancellation. See the Terms and Conditions for more information.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Flexible Cancellation lets you request a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation needed; it becomes non-refundable if transferred. Refunds are for the full amount except the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: card and PayPal refunds can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement, and voucher purchases are refunded as a new voucher in the Fever app. If you choose an exchange, you receive a voucher of the same value right away, to use on the same experience. Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
