Is food served?
There is a bar where you can buy food and drinks. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is parking available?
There are public and private parking lots around the club, subject to availability.
How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before the start of the show so that you can be assigned a seat inside the club. The show starts at the scheduled time and all attendees must already be seated by then.
What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Inteira (full price), Meia-entrada (half price, for those entitled by law) and Entrada Social. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
What is the difference between Inteira and Entrada Social tickets?
Inteira: Standard event ticket, anyone can buy it. Entrada Social: It can also be bought by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a donation of R$10 to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I buy tickets at the event venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the event venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 (one) free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. After buying your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Who can buy Meia-entrada (half-price) tickets?
Students; seniors; people with disabilities and their companion; low-income youth. Teachers in state public schools and municipal school networks (early childhood, primary and secondary levels). All of the people mentioned above must present a document proving their status. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the half-price ticket and will have to pay the full ticket price.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same user you used to make the purchase. You can also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
