Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
There are three ticket types: Inteira (full price), Meia-entrada (half price, for those entitled by law) and Entrada Social. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.

Are food and drinks on sale at the venue?
Yes, the venue has a bar and kitchen where you can order food and drinks. Orders at the bar and the kitchen will close 15 minutes before the end of the session.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. If you have any questions, please get in touch by email at ola@feverup.com or directly with the event venue.
How early should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the show starts. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and tables are shared. Entry will not be allowed after the scheduled start time of the show.
What is the difference between Inteira and Entrada Social tickets?
Inteira: the standard event ticket, which anyone can buy. Entrada Social: can also be bought by anyone, with no proof required; this ticket includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organisation, already included in the ticket price, and you do not need to donate non-perishable food on the day of the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything, you just need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.
Who can buy half-price (meia-entrada) tickets?
Students; senior citizens; people with disabilities (PcD) and their companion; low-income young people; teachers in the state public school system and municipal school systems (nursery, primary and secondary levels). Everyone mentioned above must present a document proving their eligibility. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the half-price ticket and will have to pay the full ticket price.
