You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app: if it is, tap “Exchange date and/or time” and follow the instructions. Refunds are not available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for details.

You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.

This package offers a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it: a personalised photo session in our specially designated area, and a single instant print in a Polaroid style to keep.

Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as the sold-out threshold has not been reached. Guests who buy the photo experience online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by card only: no cash is accepted.

Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.

You choose your preferred photo before it is printed. Our staff print it during the concert and you can collect it at the exit. Please pick up your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later. If you leave the venue without collecting it, refunds or rescheduling are not possible.

Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is. Feel free to ask any of our staff members if you have questions.

The package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a Candlelight concert.

Every Candles 3-Pack purchased online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of your concert. As the pack is tied to that specific Candlelight date and location, candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

The venue is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Our staff assign your seat at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the zone you selected.

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

No. Tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Please arrive around 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. The doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals are not admitted, out of respect for the performers and the other guests.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us with proof that you need a carer, and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.

No, there will be no food or drinks for purchase at this event.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat during the performance except in an emergency.

No. For the safety of all guests, every candle is flameless.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as the musicians will indicate.

Candlelight concerts take place in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be a challenge. We do our best to keep everyone comfortable, but temperatures may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly.

Yes, the concert takes place in an accessible venue. If you need wheelchair assistance, contact us so we can notify the onsite staff. Disabled parking is available: enter Wilson Parking Hobson Street - Saint Matthews and you will find disabled parking next to the front doors of the church.

By car: parking is available at Wilson Parking on the south side of St Matthew's, at the SkyCity car park, the Atrium car park (entrance through the Crowne Plaza Hotel entry on Albert Street) and the Civic Car Park (entry at Greys Avenue and Mayoral Drive). By bus: the closest stops are St Matthews-in-the-City (stop 7082), SkyCity Auckland (stop 1083), Wellesley Street/Hobson Street (stop 7040) and International Convention Centre (stop 1089 or 1088); use Journey Planner to plan your trip. By train: Britomart is the closest station, on the East, West, One and Southern lines. The church is 1.1 km away, about a 16-minute walk, or you can take a connecting bus from Lower Albert Street (11T Northwest, Platform D, stop 1005) for two stops to the St Matthews-in-the-City stop.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
