The Jury Experience: Private Property or Public Lifeline?

⭐ A case is about to go to trial. The jury? You. A live courtroom drama where your vote decides the verdict. This is not a theatre you watch. This is justice you enforce. The Global Courtroom Drama. Now in over 100 cities. Over 5,000 verdicts delivered.

🫣 The case: Elara, an AI therapist, has conducted 11,400 documented suicide interventions in three years. When the parent startup goes bankrupt, the insolvency administrators plan to shut down the servers within 72 hours, and 340,000 patients receive a push notification: “Your sessions will end on Friday.” Six hours later, a patient attempts suicide.

Description
The patients have filed a class action lawsuit. Their lawyers argue that shutting down Elara is like firing 340,000 therapists at once, with no transition period for anyone. The company says that keeping Elara online without staff to supervise it is more dangerous, as the regulator has already reported cases of harmful advice. And every month the servers run, employee salaries go unpaid. If unattended operation is riskier, is shutting it down then the responsible choice? You will hear both sides. You will question everything. And you won’t agree with the person next to you.
