The Hall of State 1

The Hall of State in Dallas, Texas, is a historic Art Deco landmark in Fair Park, built for the 1936 Texas Centennial. Known for its grand architecture and cultural exhibits, it celebrates Texas history through striking murals, sculptures, and beautifully preserved interiors.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (fair visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer or caretaker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us for more information.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket, available for selected events, allows you to ask for a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather does not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
