For the security of all attendees, all candles will be flameless.

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.

The theater is divided into sections A, B, and C (or even D) based on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Tickets are not sold on site. They can only be purchased through the Fever App or on the Fever website.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us if you need additional help — make sure to include your ticket order number.

Date changes are permitted up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. If you selected the Flexible Cancellation add-on, please refer to the FAQs here.

Guests requiring assistance are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Please contact us and we will provide a voucher to purchase the free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in with the same method used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email.

If weather conditions affect the experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and fellow audience members.

The venue is conveniently located between Highway 114 & 183 (MacArthur Blvd. exit), close to the DART Orange Line. It is approximately 15 minutes from both DFW International Airport and Love Field.

Yes, Irving Arts Center is fully ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible.

Free parking is available on site:

• North Lot — most convenient to the Carpenter Hall entrance.
• Villages on MacArthur Lot — overflow parking on the north side, available after 5pm.

Pets are not allowed at this venue. Service animals are welcome.
