Candlelight brings live music to the Fürst von Metternich Saal at Schloss Johannisberg: a string quartet plays while thousands of candles light up the historic hall in the Rheingau. Before the concert, raise a glass of Fürst von Metternich Riesling or a non-alcoholic alternative.

Doors open 60 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

Only very limited parking is available on the castle grounds. Depending on the parking situation, the walk may take a few minutes. Make sure to allow enough time for your journey.

Schloss Johannisberg is wheelchair accessible. However, the outdoor grounds and the path from the car park to the castle are unpaved and run over a gravel track. Bear this in mind when planning your journey, especially if you're using a wheelchair or walking aid.

What ticket types are available?
There are tickets for zones A, B, C and D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your own ticket, please send us the relevant supporting documents. You'll then receive a voucher that lets you get the free carer ticket, subject to availability, via the Fever app. At entry, you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID must be shown at entry.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If this applies to you, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket is available for selected events. With it, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. If the ticket is transferred to another person, it's no longer eligible for a refund.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Contact Fever customer service to get your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Fürst von Metternich Saal at Schloss Johannisberg (Schloss Johannisberg, 65366 Geisenheim).
How do I get to the venue?
From Wiesbadener Kreuz (A5/A66), follow the A66 towards Rüdesheim. It joins the B42 at Eltville. Following the course of the Rhine, you'll pass Erbach, Hattenheim and Oestrich-Winkel. At the Geisenheim exit, leave the B42 and follow the signs to Schloss Johannisberg.
Is there a car park?

Will food and drinks be available?
Before the concert, Fürst von Metternich invites you to enjoy a glass of Fürst von Metternich Riesling. A non-alcoholic alternative is also available. The Schlossschänke is open too: the restaurant is located within the historic grounds of Schloss Johannisberg, offers a view over the Rhine valley and serves fresh cuisine made with regional ingredients. You can book a table there for a visit before or after the concert.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you'll be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.
Does the venue have disabled access?

When does entry start? Can I still get in if I'm late?
Entry begins 60 minutes before the concert starts. No entry is possible once the concert has begun.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
