Description
Across New York City (next America, soon the world!), urbanites gather to experience Drunk Yoga®'s social, interactive yoga events hosted in bars, cafes, office spaces, and other unconventional settings. This event helps newbies to experience yoga without fear, and seasoned yogis reconnect with the practice sans pressure to be perfect. A brief “happy hour” is followed by a beginner-friendly 45-minute vinyasa sequence with beverage in-hand - often wine, sometimes juice or coffee, and always fun! Their mission is to inspire joy, cultivate community, and bring you back to yourself. We invite you to laugh, let your hair down, and enjoy this potent union of yoga and social ritual.
