This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

The octagonal church was built in the seventeenth century and is notable for its simple brick facade and unique shape. Inside, there is a calm atmosphere, with an organ and space for music, celebrations, and gatherings.

Where do I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure you log in using the same method you used when purchasing. Your QR code is also included in the purchase confirmation you received by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else free of charge. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" next to the ticket in the Fever app. Need extra help? Get in touch with us and mention your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do this, get in touch with us and mention the ticket ID linked to your purchase (you'll find this unique code in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" tab of the Fever app. If it is, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear: tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Please note that refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?

If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your Flexible ticket up to 48 hours before the experience starts. To do this, simply get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
How do the different zones work?
The venue is divided into zones, depending on the quality of the view of the stage. Upon arrival, our staff will assign you a spot within the zone you've chosen. Allocation is on a first come, first served basis.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit together with your friends as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving a little earlier so our team can do everything possible to seat you next to each other.
What is the minimum age?
The minimum age is 8 years old. Visitors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No, this is not possible. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Arrive 45 minutes beforehand, so you can take your seat in the allocated zone at your leisure. The doors close 5 minutes before the start of the concert. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other guests.
Can I request a ticket for a companion?
Visitors who need support during the experience can request one free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. To do so, get in touch with us and include proof of need for a companion ticket. Once we've received your request, we'll send you a voucher with which you can obtain a free companion ticket through the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that on arrival you'll need to show both the regular ticket and the companion ticket to gain access.
Can I buy drinks on site?
A bar will be open during the arrival time for this concert.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you don't leave your seat, except in the event of an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.
Can I use my mobile phone during the concert?
We ask that you put your device on silent for the entire performance. You may only take photos or videos during the final song, without flash, and with the musicians' permission.
How warm or cold is it during the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful, historic venues. As temperature control isn't always easy in these settings, the temperature may vary slightly depending on the season. We recommend dressing accordingly, so you can enjoy the concert to the fullest.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If weather conditions affect the event (such as a change of venue or postponement), you'll be notified in advance by email.
Are animals allowed?
Pets are unfortunately not allowed, but assistance dogs are of course welcome.
Is the venue accessible to everyone?
Yes, the venue is fully accessible, including for wheelchair users.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no visitor car park at the Nieuwe Kerk. We therefore recommend parking in a nearby car park.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
