Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

You can find your QR Code ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you haven’t downloaded the app, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are eligible to apply for a complimentary pass for a Personal Assistant or Support worker. Please reach out to us with documentation confirming the requirement for a carer ticket. Following the receipt of this documentation, we will provide you with a voucher code that can be used to redeem your free Carer ticket. Please ensure you present this proof, along with your tickets, for entry at the venue. Each Carer ticket must be purchased in conjunction with at least one full-price ticket.

Yes, the venue is located in Sandton City Shopping Centre at Nelson Mandela Square, so guests can utilise the shopping centre parking, which is available for R10.00 on weekends.

If you leave behind any of your belongings at the event you should phone the venue or drop by to see if your item has been found.

Guests will be able to take photos and/or videos of the experience during the last song of the show. Our on-site staff will make a pre-show announcement to inform guests of this.
